i think it’s the water pump, but is it normal for the top radiator hose to be hotter then the lower hose? And the pump isn’t leaking after it runs.. I got out and over night it leaks out...
The top hose can be hotter because that's going from the motor to rad, the bottom (rad to motor) is after the water has circulated through the rad and should be cooler.
My cummins has a coolant leak / drip that only shows when it's below 50° so it's possible. There is a weep hole on the underside of the water pump, if it's coming from there the pump is dying - replace it!
Thanks for replying. I can’t verify where it’s coming from, but it looks like it could be from the weep. It just started when it got cold around here as well.. at least they’re not too speedy...

Antifreeze doesn't evaporate real well, so if it's leaking out the weep hole on the water pump, in the morning you should be able to touch the underside of the water pump snout and end up with some coolant on your finger. If there is any coolant, replace it.
I just figured out a long-running coolant leak on my truck. Abrasion on the underside of the upper radiator hose that leaked a minute amount of coolant. It took hundreds of miles before the reservoir would start to give an indication coolant was missing, but invariably it would. If you can't catch the leak red handed easily, do a real thorough inspection, top, bottom, front, rear. Check hose clamp tightness, and condition of hoses (as best you can with them installed). If the amount of coolant lost is small enough, and its near a hot enough location, you may never see a drop. If the radiator is leaking, usually you'll see it in the core support, or discoloration where its been running down.
Usually if the heater core is going, you'll smell it in the cab, and you'll see condensation form on the windshield when the fan is on.
