so what does coolant seeping out around the distributor area mean? nothing dripping on the ground, no white smoke when i drive and the oil is not cloudy. 350, 4 brl, 86 blazer. any help would be appreciated. thanks

Is the coolant actually coming from the distributor hole. I highly doubt this. I have a heater line in the back of my intake. Also check the seal of the intake at the heads.

from what i can tell, coolant is not coming from the distributor hole itself. really damp on the top left rear of the block. most likely seal is bad on the rear of the intake manifold. how difficult is it to replace the intake manifold gasket for a rookie?

ive never replaced that gasket but only tip i can give is when your there make sure you get rid of the old one completely
