I know a guy who ran tsl's way worse than that, every third or fourth outer lug was missing. They used to shoot off on the highway and hit other cars....

As for boggers on the road, my 38.5s are loud but they stay quite true up until 75. A little wandering, but I'm not surprised by that one bit.

"almost brand new" ??? :doah:

If you think those are like new you'll sheet if you ever buy truly new tires.

No not dead center, dude ran them with 30 psi. But its so meaty along the edges and not dead center, I'll just run it a little low. He sold them because "I don't want to get a ticket for my tires being to loud". Just measured them and I got a whole 1/2 of a quarter in the middle. Excuse my lack of wheel knowledge, but right now I'm gonna order some steelies and was wondering what a good BS would be? I got 2.5 or 4 from 4WP (for local pickup) I'm leaning toward the 2.5, stupid me?

I would only do the 2.5 if I needed the space for tire clearance.

I typically stick with the standard wheels less strain on wheel bearings and stuff.

Pretty typically you should see about 3 5/8 on a 15" steel rim
