will a core support from a 87 4 headlight setup work for a 89 k5 with newer lights

only if you use the old lights and grill... the headlight buckets are different

well that kind of sucks i have a pretty 87 clip and my 89 well lets say it's seen one tree to many i was going to swap it out when i did my 60/14 bolt cause my 10 bolts just ran out of spare parts

any idea on where to get one????

took me a little while to find a good 87 clip so its hard to tell where to get a 89-up clip. Maybe put a 'want to trade' post up in the wanted area /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif
I like the quad headlight setups myself /forums/images/graemlins/whistling.gif
