Correct adapter?

I have a th400 mated to np241 PSD.....i have adapter #15654927 sandwiched between them....is this the correct adapter?. I'm 99% sure its correct; the reason i ask is its leaking atf from one of the adapter bolts on the TC side.....i know the fluid is from the tranny, i have not added fluid to the TC yet...not sure if i need a new gasket between TC and adapter and/or remove the bolts on the TC adapter side and add RTV sealant to the threads and reinstall....any thoughts?
