I have a 6 degree angle at the transfer case and 16 at the pinion. I measured the length and height of the shim rough country put in the rear spring pack it's 4.5 inches by .75 inches. Using inverse tangent that's an angle of 9.5 degrees. There is an overload spring above the shim and together measure 1 1/8 inch. I am thinking about taking both the shim and overload spring out and putting in an easy inch zero rate spring. The idea is to retain the same ride height and drop the pinion angle closer to the transfer case angle. Am I in the right ball park?
