i just got a quote for the parts needed for the rear disk conversion, minus the brake lines, and the brackets. It was 280 dollars for the calipars, rotors, and pads. Is this a little high or what I should expect to pay.

Is your price quote for caddy calipers?

I have right at $200 total in mine, including brackets and brake lines, but I used standard calipers, not caddy calipers.

was that the TSM kit, those guys are a holes, some dude gave me total atitude over the phone. there are plenty of vendors here that can set you up for a good price.

No, this was a local shop around here that i thought i could be able to order the parts from. Same store quoted me something like 100bucks per side for the kingpin rebuild. Found it on 4WDFACTORY.com for 45.

Who are vendors on here that could get me hooked up. Also those were just standard capilars.

Thanks for the replys

"cybrfire" is a vendor here who sells disc brake brackets. He makes awesome parts, and his website is linked below. I looked up the following parts for a 1979 K20. If the same part is listed twice it means that you need two (2) of them.
