i got a 1/2 ton rear end in my full size 87 blazer and the rear tires shake/ wobble quite a bit im thinkin its the axle shafts are bent but i aint sure anyone know?

Are the wheels bent and are the tires balanced? Have someone watch you drive it at speed and see if there are any visible signs of anything.
Its possible that the housing/shafts are bent but check the above first.

Doubtful. Made the mistake myself of assuming the axle bearings were bad, nothing wrong with them.
Much agreed with wheels/tires being the more likely problems.
