Of your k5 with rear shoulder style seat belts. I have a set of front seatbelts off my parts truck, just wondering how the I guess 90/91'ish K5s shoulder strap style seat belts connect up top, and I guess on the bottom, any where they bolt in.

That way when I take the kiddos out playing in the mud they're a bit more secure. I know what it feels like on that rear bench going over rough stuff.

I don't have any pics but the retractor on the 90/91 K5's are on the roof.

Front seat belts sort of form a triangle with the retactor mid way up the "B" pillar. The K5's with shoulder belts have the retractor on the roof with the belt coming down to a fixed point on the floor.

I've never cut one up but the 90/91 tops are also supposed to have some sort of reinforcment in the roof for the retractor to bolt to. Any pre 90 top will not have any provision to bolt the belt to.

I figured they did. I just wanna see exactly where. I could fab something to reinforce, possibly. If not, I'ma just keep an eye out for a reasonable priced 2000+ suburban rear seat.
