Couple of different problems 87 TBI 305?

First when I start my truck it start's idling ruff like a miss fire. Once it warms up some it kind of smooth's out. Second I have no power like if I have a 4 cylinder trying to move this truck. Last when stepping on the brakes I have to push hard all the way down, they seem not to be working properly. I'm thinking it might be a vacuum leak or my timing don't know maybe someone can help me out .

Sounds like a bad power brake booster (leaking diaphram) this would cause a bad idle and make you really stand on the brakes in order to stop.

Fixed the problem had one vac hose leak and a spark plug boot torn up. The wire's had warranty, replaced the hose and now its running like a Caddy.
