Couple of questions re: headers

Just put on some Thorley headers. I love them. Except...they're a huge pain to tighten the bolts! Two things.
1. Any secrets on how to get to some of these header bolts with the engine installed? They're tight to get to.
2. When going to headers, what brackets do I need for AC?

I cut up a wrench and welded it back together at a 90 degree angle to get my back 2 header bolts.

I think most header manufacturers also sell the brackets you would need for your AC.
When I bought my Dynomax's at Summit, they also had the brackets, although I didn't need them for my truck.
