What size nut is on the rear output shaft on the NP205?(1-3/8 or 1-1/2 inch socket?)And should i use the thicker 90-140W in the Arizona summer heat or stick just with the 80-90W gear lube? Thanks guys youre awesome

Dont recall what size the nut is, sorry. Buy both to CYA. As for the gear oil, AZ heat and all, go for the thicker stuff. Which reminds me, I need to change mine soon :)

I have no idea on the nut - I run 90W-140 in my diffs for the heat, and thanks for the reminder - I need to change mine too!

to all you in AZ... son i will be down there. i am moving stations from Pendleton in South Cali to Yuma. and i put that in the back of my head for when i get my truck running...

1974 Chevy Blazer Cheyanne. lots of plans for it....
but it is on 33's now, with saggy old springs. i am in so cali if ya got any parts for me.
 
Hey Impex i'm pretty sure that nut is 1 1/8th. I've always just run 80 90 wt gear oil
