Looked at the website a bit. How does this place compare to Tuttle? It's 2 1/2 hours to Tuttle and 3 1/2 hours to Lenexa for me, little less to both for the Lincoln guys.

Their office is in Lenexa, the park is actually down by fort scott which is another 2.5 hours south of you. I've still never made it to tuttle. Maybe this spring! Let me know if you plan a trip and I'll try to see if I can coordinate. I'm getting ready to drop my drivetrain for a rebuild, gotta get NP208 parts ordered, th400 parts will be here tomorrow. Then I gotta figure out if I can run full hydro (the way I want it) with my current leaf spring set up. I may just have to link it which pushes the price into the "very angry wife" zone. hmm...

OK, bummer. That puts it at 6 hours. If I was to go 6 hours I would go two more to Disney.

April 19th weekend!

Looking good, Mike! I really like what you did with the front end. Any issues with sun glare on the shiny hood?

I bet you would have walked that right exit on Carnage if it were dry.

No glare issues but it took a little getting used to since I couldn't look down at the trail through my non existent fender. I thought about installing mirrors on the front corner so I can see where the heck my tires are going. LOL.

The right exit was dug out pretty good, all the smaller rocks had been kicked back which made about a 4' ledge that wasn't getting climbed. I still had 15 psi in my tires too, dropped them down to 6 psi before the end of the day and she was biting everything then. I would have kept trying but I had to many people telling me how to do it and my transmission fluid level was getting low and I lost reverse. I tested out the new winch and it performed flawlessly. I was pretty proud that I made it farther than anyone else had that day (and for the rest of the day as far as I know) since the guy before me probably had close to as much money rapped up in his jeep suspension as I do in my whole rig. The guy that tried after me had rockwells under his fancy jeep and he couldn't get within 5' of where my back tires were in that last pic. :D

FULL SIZE FTW!

Stein, what kind of crew are you bringing? Family? Wife? Kids? I'll talk to my wife tonight and try to start planning. Are you going all weekend?

There will be probably 6-8 trucks, all square bodies, all built on tons. A wife or GF or two, couple of singles, no kids that I know of. We will be there probably Friday night through Sunday noon.

Cool, my daughter turns 1 on the 18th and party is on the 19th but wifey said the 20th was no problem. I'm going to start fixing on her and see if I can get her ready on the quick note.

UPDATE:

20th is Easter so we are going down the 18th and coming home the 19th. We won't be there the 20th. Sorry but I wanted you to know ASAP.
