So I bought a seal from LMC, it arrived and I can't figure out how it goes on. My truck didn't have one. The seal has nylon press fittings every so many inches, but the cowl doesn't have holes for the seal. Any advice???

It attaches to the underside of the hood.

Ok.....my truck came with a fiberglass cowl induction hood. That explains it.

Anyone have good pictures of how this seal attaches? I have a fiber glass cowl hood with no seal and would like to install one if possible. Cowl hoods might look cool and actually cool the engine better at speed, but they suck at idle in warm weather with the vent selected in the truck. All that hot engine compartment air being drawn in is no fun. I know the seal won't stop this. A functioning cowl door would be the fix.
