Cracked a rotor... at the stud???

Was doing torque checks on my wheel spacers and found one that felt wrong. Rotated the wheel around and took a look and

Cracked the rotor at the wheel stud? Never seen it or heard of it before. Was only applying normal 115 ft-lbs. Have never torqued past like 130 in the life of that rotor. Anyone ever had something like this before?
I know what do to now..... just not looking forward to it.
 
I realize this was an existing set up but I’ve seen cracks like that when substituting different studs (longer, etc) for the application specific studs because the knurl was the wrong size.
