First off the lift was built utilizing the factory supsension for a unique look

What good is factory suspension? that means it's a gigantic pointless body lift.

Actually, I'm thinking it's more like a frame lift. The body isn't lifted off the frame, but the IFS subframe is horked away from the frame by spacers.

looks like he took the front half of another IFS frame and just welded in on 3 feet below the original frame......

If that thing were involved in any kind of a serious impact, those "extensions" are gonna fold and send the chassis flying, probably right into/on top of what ever it hit. Death and destruction all around.
