Not mine, but great deal for someone!

Four Brand new Firestone Super All Traction Duplex 41X18X19.5, as seen on the original Bigfoot truck pictured below. These tires are meaty and have never been mounted. Cost over $450 each, asking $500 for the set of 4. Call Dave @ (916) 257-6170

man look just like groundhawgs. sweet deal for someone running 19.5's

For the cost difference to a comparable tire of that size, i think someone could buy 19.5's......

Assuming those tires are decent.....

Actually, those tires are 47", not 41".

Wes, you're the resident Bigfoot expert, but weren't the tires on the first Bigfoot 22.5's?

I think they were.
Edit; they were 18.00X22.5, 48 inches tall

Actually, the very first tires on Bigfoot were smaller than you think. I have a biography book on Bigfoot and I remember it reading something along the lines of when the truck first came home in '74, straight from the dealership, it was stripped of its tires and rims. Whitespokes on some tires that look like 33's were put right back on. The truck ran 4.56 gears, factory, in 3/4 ton axles.
Then they started experimenting with bigger tire/rim combo's and the breakage began. Rockwells would eventually make their presence into Bigfoots chassis and they also list of many, many tire/rim setups also. Somewhere along these lines the Firestones were fitted.

I just remember them being 47" because Boyce Equipment used to sell them back in the late 80's and they listed them at 47" and a Ground Hawg look alike.

I need to find that BF book. It was very informative. And yes, I love the Bigfoot trucks, too.

So now i'm curious. Is that a decent deal for a trail tire? I thought it looked like a really good deal.....but now i'm not sure. Not like i have a truck to put them on....just curious

I'd buy them just to have them. But where do you get wheels to fit the tires? I'd like to see aftermarket aluminum rims, like Welds, but I doubt it.
