I am only taking the th400/205. Maybe driveshafts. I'll let the 60 go with it and the interior is in good shape. The 454 threw a rod the owner told me.

i may not be understanding you correctly but you are just going to scrap the truck as in throw it away or part it out and sell the parts? because if you are going to toss it i will take it. and i call first dibs cuz these guys are vultures.

i miss cali so much.you guys get so many good deals on good rust free trucks that you can afford to scrap them after pulling what you need.i have to take a torch and a BFH half the time to the yards to get anything off.

at those prices you are gettin those for i might find a truck but there will be nothing left of the body.vehicles here in pa wont pass inspection if they have holes bigger than a quarter.so most that still have the body left are bondo queens from years of trying to keep them on the road.

Pulled the axles from the single cab dually, even though it's a dually it had srw axles.No problem there.
Then pulled the tranny and tcase from the Brown dually.
Found out the C30 has only got 3.73's. So, the now I have to pull the rear and switch it out to 4.10's to match the 60.

I don't like chrome, but I don't care for tacked on fiberglass either . . . .

It's not tacked.... Its bolted.
I've been trying to figure out how to tack fiberglass for a long time, it just starts on fire!
