X2. I couldn't keep those things together under 36" and 37" tires. The ball joints aren't very strong either. If the control arms and balljoints are upgraded to what is used in the up armored models, they might stand a chance, but not if it started out as an M998. The heavier shfts with the hard plastic boot might lat a bit longer too, but they will fail.

I bet there is a reason it never got finished, but it would be pretty cool if the kinks got worked out. Nice street or mud truck.

Ah, 100X better would be an NP20500. That doesn't come out for another 183 years. It will be made of transparasteel. 100X stronger than cast, and clear.

Don't forget the repulserlift for the ultimate in self recovery.

Ha... I knew you guys would catch that NP305 deal...... I just wonder where that guy scored a hummer frame... and where is the hummer body? those kits sell high dollar on the dirty net.....

Ya, most of the frames are cut in half before being sold as scrap at the Gov Liq auctions if you can even find them. Maybe he got two pieces and reattatched them?

Folks have done that.

Either that or maybe he got a basket case HMMWV from the group the Marines traded a decade or so ago.
