crank pulley ???

I have a 5.7 Vortec crate motor. I'm swapping over all the bracketry from a 89 TBI 5.7...I noticed today the crank pulley sticks out farther than the fan pully...the alt pulley lines up with the fan pulley


do I need a crank pulley from a Vortec motor? or do I need the brackets to make everything work?

Think I found the problem..I damaged the stock pully when I yanked the motor...this is a replcement. The # on this one is 10055879, I "think" I need a 14102091...

Can someone check there # for me...?
