I'm betting the cab, frame and front clip is all uhaul truck they just pulled the cargo box.
I wonder why doors 2 and three are suicide doors. They are also all from burbs (note the quarter window). Interesting space between door 1 and 2.

Crewcabs had the smaller window on the rear doors too. As to the gap, that was probably the easy way to fill the void where the cargo body was attached since they were cut weird anyway for the van.
