Looking for a square dually with a 454. Can be auto or manual. Body rust doesn't scare me too much as long as it's not severe/ falling apart. Ideally would be running and driving (or close to it), but not looking for a show truck by any means. Price range is ~$5-6k.

That fits my criteria perfectly. The only issue is how far it is. If we're looking at 10mpg highway, it's 2900 miles from his town to mine, so that's 290 gallons. Assuming $3/gal, that's $870 on gas alone lol. I appreciate you pointing this out though!

True, but probably wont find one on the east coast that clean for 2x the price
 
I know the seller. He is the guy I ask for parts when I don't have what I need.

This is a good truck. The only reason he replaced it was to get the exact same thing with a manual transmission. It won't last long and you won't find anything this nice in this price range on the east coast or Midwest.
 
Update to the update- things fell through. Nothing bad, just didn't work out. Truck is still available if anyone else is looking. I'll probably wait a little longer before buying one though.
