After barely resisting the urge to dump a gallon of gas under it and light it I put it in storage well away from me. It was safer that way...:eek1:

My K5 project has now become a frame up Crew Cab build using most of the same drivetrain, and hopefully correcting the build errors I made with the K5. The foundation for the crew cab build is pictured under my sig. It's real pretty...:haha:

The K5 shell and a few other parts went to a local who is also a CK5er.

right on, I'm getting ready to build a back halved crewcab on 44" boggers for wheeling and camping up here

i'm aiming for capable, but civilized...and not butt ugly. I'm 90% sure I'm gonna link the rear though. Front will be somewhat firm lift springs which should keep body roll down to a minimum. Roughly 134-138" wheelbase and 5 1/2 foot box.
