Need a good source for Headliners for 73-91 crewcabs

Will a suburban Headliner work??

Suburban head liner can work if cut down.

Not too much out there aftermarket. Kits to repair and so forth. If your cardboard backer is screwed your in the same boat as me.

yeah its ****ed not sure what I'm gonna do

If you have an upholstery shop in your town, talk to those guys. They should be able to make new cardboard cutouts for you.

yeah I was hopeing to avoid that but I guess thats my only option at this point

Yeah, my cardboard is in good shape but it's the foam and fabric that's sagging so I need a source too. I'm switching to a blue color anyway 'cause I hate the wine color it has now.

kits to cover them aren't too hard to come up with or head to the crafty place and pick up some material and super super 77 spray adhesive.

I sourced a backer from a junkyard but need to go get it.......ahem......

And who knows if it'd cut down and work as well.

yeah thats a big gamble maybe I could find a headliner for burb in a Junk yard to see if its works in the crew cab

I remember seeing an episode of Extreme 4x4 and they threw an aluminum sheet headliner in their Hummer project. It looked pretty sweet, but I'm sure it's a lot more work in a crew cab than just "throwing it in there".

usually I dont give a **** about things like this but the truck is getting totally redone and being repowerd with a 2005 Cummins . for use as my daily driver and Towrig

got to have a head liner in a tow rig. Especially if you plan to spend many hours at the wheel. Comfort can make all the difference.

yep and I want it to look ice too I want OLDSCHOOL looks and new truck power
