Crew Cab Rocker Boxes? Pics?

I think I have now read every thread on Rocker Boxes but have not seen a set on a crew cab.

I need to replace rusted rockers and thought it might be nice to do rocker boxes with a tube step built in. This would be more to look good than be rocker protection. This rig won't be a hard core wheeler?

So I would only run them the cab length (not into fenders/bed) Anyone done this and have pictures of how they blended those areas together?

Thoughts? Pictures?
