I finally peeled my lazy ass out of my comfortable ergonomicly correct computer chair, and went out to get the measurment for you. :D

It is 79".
 
It pretty much puts the rear cab mounts on top of the crossmember for the front hangers of the rear springs

Not a problem. Also the measurement from the same starting piont to the front of the bed would be an even 80".
 
I took those measurements and checked them On the K20 frame out side it puts the rear Crew Cab Mount about smack dab on top of the Spring hanger crossmember drill some holes and your golden!!!
