critique my build idea

Not sure if this is lounge or garage material. No tech in the lounge right

Was wondering what you guys thought of this design I got in plan. It sucks I wont be able to bring it to life for a few years Not to mention I would have no idea where to start


Tell me what you guys think.

Mudstud, I learned by basically messing around with it for hours and hours at a time. One summer I was totally addicted to the computer and did nothing but build rigs. I'm really not sure where tutorials are, but you could try punching a few things into google. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

You are not going to like the exo cage in AZ . If you even try any big dog trails here , you are going to smack the body panels anyway . Not to mention that some trails are barely wide enough for a fullsize

My favorite factory grill.

sandawg, if your talking about in my pictures, It would be the famous D44 made bigger to look like a 60. It needs a bit of scaling down though.

i personally think an internal cage is better (you can mount seats to it etc.) What about a tube that welds to the actual windshield frame to protect the windshield. It could follow the frame contour and you could use a plasma cutter to notch the frame for the tube. It could easily weld into the current firewall bulkhead also and even to rocksliders (welded into the rockers).

ORDs Cousin Willard took a beating on BB07. windshield frame is toast, side damage etc. If you wheel hard in az body damage is a "for sure" thing. Mtnman is going to start a crewcab project and he plans on running fiberglass that is removable.

No just bustin your balls. Mainly over the fact of the diff being centered on your front axle.

I like the looks of an exo but it seems like the only thing they are good for is to keep windshield frame from getting tweaked and sometimes they do not even stop that.

Jason had a badass exo on his and his body still got trashed.
