I have read the tech article and have a basic knowledge of what is done...

Ok so for my trazer i would like to run crossover because of the lift, i think its less stress on parts. Now i have to have my passenger side knuckle drilled and tapped. then i have to buy a steering arm. correct? and bolt it on.

then i need to swap in a 4x2 sector shaft into the existing box, or get a 4x2 box adn swap it in. i dont have a motor or lines yet so im not hard over on the years.

after that is done do i HAVE to have the jeep pitman arm? is there a reason i can't use a dropped pitman arm to lower my draglink which i would need to make, and therefore i wouldnt need to cut up my crossmember...or am i not in the right thoughts here?

then for the draglink i need to center every thing measure twice cut once kinda deal.

am i forgeting anything? or are some of my thoughts incorrect? im trying to explain this to my dad and show him the benefits so the more knowledgealbe i am the better i can edumacate him :haha:

you also might want to go ahead and replace the ball joints...also your gonna need a set of tres or dles for your draglink...im running dles cause the have more flex in them....also you will need a tall arm or spacer prolly....im bought a tall arm from skyy and i would sugest them...you will also need a set of studs and conical washers for your knuckle...oh yeah and a set of jam nuts for the draglink...then when you are all done with that i would suggest a ord bolt on steering box brace and mabye a weld on if your frame is cracked....im running both when i do mine...i think thats it...have fun dont skimp on this stuff remeber you loose steering you might injure yourself or someone elce...
