Cross Over D60 Fab "Q"s

We fabbed the steering arm up and need to put the tappered holes for the tie rod ends.

How or where can I get this done?
Any thoughts to help out a couple of red neck fabricators

I have had no luck with the local machine shops
Where can I buy the tools to do this myself?
