Can I use the stock 87 10 bolt drivers side knuckle with a high steer arm and the d44 flat top? It looks like the arm would bolt ip fine, I just don't know if there is a subtle differece I didn't notice

I kinda got screwed on a cross over steering parts purchase and instead of both knuckles I only got the pass side.

As long as you're doing high steer, with the tie rod above the springs, it will work fine.

The only difference in the driver's side knuckle is which direction the knuckle is reamed for the stock tie rod, and if you're not using the stock tie rod location, it doesn't matter.

Cool deal. Thanks for the info.

On the phone you guys recommended the 3.5" drop arm, then askes for my intended use and recommended the 1.5" drop. Why does the application matter?

Because you have long travel front springs (I'd assume anyway, from your signature), you need more clearance between the tie rod end that attaches to your pitman arm and your spring, hence the flatter pitman arm.

You just need to come down here and take this ambulance off my hands. Much easier to do crossover on a 60.

Is there any reason I can't run 2 "es2027L's" and 2 "es2026R's" for the tie rod and drag link? Will they fit into the 1.5" drop pitman arm you sell?

The holes on my steering arms use the large GM taper like the 2027 and 2026 does. I can't for the life of me find a tierod end that matches that taper.

I measured and checked atleast 10-12 different types at the parts store in addition to all the reading online to try and find a match.
