So In my searching I found that there are a few different routes to go with the Pitman arms when doing crossover..........Does any one have suggestions or preferances??

what are the year and applications for the arms??

which one is preferred?

in y searching all I could find was Ford and Jeep and one part# for a ford arm that didn't cross in my superlift catalog

The most common or popular arm is Superlift #1104.

Other than this number fitting the '76-'79 F150 4x4's, I'm not sure of other applications.

I used one from a Jeep TJ/YJ.
I'm afraid I don't know what year though.
I choose it because it had less drop than the #1104.
It is 5.5" long with a 2.5" drop.

It needs to be machined for Chevy DRE and the indexing tabs needs to be grinded, but WFO took care of that for me

If you need an arm that drops even more than the aftermarket arms, Skyjacker offers one to fit the same rigs as the #1104 arms but drops down a little more. SJ lists the arm to fit their 9" lift system. I've seen a few pics of the arm and it does have a noticable drop to it. Would have to look for the part number though. And its not cheap either at around $200.

yeah I'm gonna have close to 10" of lift so the bigger drop would be better

looks like thats the one I'm gonna need too. have to wait for payday

Thanks Wes.

Fred-m1010 who did you go through??

I got mine from www.wfoconcepts.com
But as you stated, with the amount of lift your planning, you don't have to worry about it hitting the springs.
Better to choose one with more drop, then you'll not risk interference with the engine crossmember either.
