cross over steering for a 89 1ton CC

hi all, sorry did a search and didtn find exactly what i was looking for. Basicly doing crossover steering does not look that hard to do but is there a link to a how to and a parts list? should i go with a kit or get pieces from here and there?

ord kits are nice . i have 2 sets of crossover with high steer. nice and beefy stuff.
