I have the tranny, adapter, and t-case, now I need to find a crossmember (I believe '85+) for the new short round style and shifter for that combo.

Either crossmember (single or double hump) from 85 up will work.

I'm pretty sure I have the shifter you need. It is from a 32 spline 465/205 combo but everything I have seen says they are the same for the round pattern TH400/205 combo. I'd sell it for $10 plus shipping, but you might want to check and be sure for yourself that it is what you need.
