I just picked up a TBI 350/TH-400/NP-241 combo to replace my 350/TH-350/NP-203 in my '73 K-5. Will this swap work with the stock crossmember? Anything else I need to be aware of? Thanks in advance.

No, you will need one of two things: the correct adaptor or the correct crossmember.
Notice your 73 has a "flat" crossmember.
The TBI set up rides on a "double hump" crossmember.
The "double hump"s use a shorter adaptor. Those older ones are a taller adaptor.
If you use the TBI set up, get the crossmember that it was mated with and simply drill new holes. Remove the old flat crossmember with the other setup.
