Hey guys, I am looking to go to crossover on my K30, it has about 12 inches of lift I was looking at the kit from ORU but I have never really been a huge fan of them.... anyone have any suggestion for a better option? (and please dont say less lift)

There are about a billion companys that make a x over arm for Dana 60s. Off road design should be able to set you up pretty easy.

You will need a block under the steering arm the biggest dropped pitman arm you can find, I have never done xover on a lift that high but I have done it on an 8" lift and it was no problem at all

ord, wfo, sky, virginia 4x4....etc....just give em a call and tell em what size lift your running and they'll set you right. I have 8 inches of lift on my 83 and my 03 sas and have no prob with the bent style crossover draglink on either one. Id just search for the better price unless one of them have something that looks better or one of them treat you better...lol. Remember tho ull need a 2wd steering box for crossover.

Also I would look at the "springless arms" the ones that let you adjust the preload on the kingpin with a set screw. Instead of relying on the spring to bring pressure to bear. Big tires and kingpins aren't exactly on friendly terms

Skyjacker offers an extreme drop pitman arm for the F150 trucks that will work for the GM 2wd steering box.

Most crossover guys use a regular drop pitman arm for theirs but this extreme arm drops it a little more which you may benefit from.

FA500 is the number but be warned they're not cheap. I see them listed BIN on eVilbay averaging $200.
