Can I use the same draglink, drop pitman arm, and rod ends if i upgrade to a D60.

Yes however the draglink may be too long. I got lucky with mine and had the TRE's threaded out a ways for my 10b. I bought shorter TRE's and cut an inch off each end and it fit fine.
