What all if any mods have to be made to the engine crossmember for cross over steering?

Depends on your lift. I've got about 5" lift and had no problem with stock c/member using ORDs x-over kit.
I believe low lifts like 2" can cause interferance problems.

my kit came with the bend draglink so it was good...

I have crossover and my truck sits at about stock height. The draglink doesn't hit the engine crossmember.

Yeah I think the doglegged drag link works on most set ups but I believe there is enough descrepencies in build 'quality' that some people have a clearance issue.

Sweet. You got one.

Ryoken/Readymix - that is the same crossmamber that I have. Panhard Setup. The vent tube plugs into one from the diff and the other to the extention up. Its really cool because even with some water i the crossmember, the vent gets air at the top.
