It seems like it just needs the 2wd sector shaft/ steering box and a correct pitman arm. It appears to bypass the steering arm commonly found bolted above the kingpin joint and uses a linkage setup similar to the factory jeep/ford superdutys steering linkage. The tie rod attaches where it would as factory but if you notice in the picture, there is a tre that is longer than the others with a tapered hole just before the threads which would bolt to the passenger side of the tie rod and allow the drag link to connect to he pitman arm.
The cons I see with this setup are going to be the operating angle depending upon lift and clearance with the engine x-member and the fact that 3 of 4 steering attachment points are low and vulnerable to damage.
