We just had well over a foot of snow yesterday.. my dad decided to try getting out of the driveway today with his '97 Crown Vic Police Interceptor and it slid right off the drive way into the mud hole and now the mud is almost half way to the center of his wheels :eek1:

When I got home from work this evening I poked around and couldn't find anything to attach a strap to on the frame(yes it has a full frame)...

Any ideas on how to pull this thing out?

It should come right out as the front is free, just the rear is stuck.. snow is starting to melt and the little bit of mud is threatening to turn into a deep mess

I dont know where the strongest part is, but you might want to use the A- arms, but they really arent meant for that either... not in that direction. Gentle does it

Haha I pulled a 2 door hatchback minature daewoo out of the mud the other day. It slid down a hill , through a 4in thick tree, through some ruts, through some more mud, then i let off the gas :D

That kid as an idiot.

if its full frame, find a good crossmember to loop a strap around.

That's what I ended up doing.. didn't quite get it unstuck but it is out of the mud. Just need to wait for the snow to melt(this week hopefully). My little pickup is too light for that big car
