Looks about the same as mine. Of course I started off welding a lot of rusted body panels for practice. It's really hard to form a good bead when you're welding rusted sheetmetal. I think I made more holes with my welder than the rust did my first few times. /forums/images/graemlins/histerical.gif
You mean the standard goofy morning routien doesn't work anymore? It's been working for me for several years /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif (hopefully it will keep working for several more /forums/images/graemlins/whistling.gif)
Not bad, not bad at all. Some look like you may have had too much gap between the rod and the work, causing the splatter. It was stick welding?
I tried wire welding for the first time yesterday, and I think I will have my trailer mounted welding rig for sale. The wire is sooooo nice.
