I am wondering what or if anyone has utilized the cruise button for anything? I will never use cruise and I removed all that crap from the engine bay.
Seems like it would make a sweet hidden button for something......

Just had an idea,..... what about a theft deterrent setup, i could connect the cruise button to the wires at the bottom of the column that won’t allow you to start in gear,(not sure what it’s called, and I converted my blazer to manual anyway). It would mean that in order to start the truck, would have to hold down cruise button? No one could steal the truck. Lol.

Ever see those carnival games with the Tommy BB guns and you shoot the red star out?
1. Convert AC compressor to air compressor
2. Route high pressure line out into BB container
3. Mount appropriately sized copper line (barrel) out and into grill
4. Cruise button to compressor clutch
5. Fire at will

Not sure why I didn’t think of that already??!!
Haha. Actually I may do that with airsoft BBs and terrorize my kids and their friends. Great Idea!
