Hello.
I have a 1981 Suburban with big block.
The car has cruise control but it doesnt work.
Does anyone have schematics or explanation on how the cruise control works / should work ?
Any info is welcome.

Mines not working either...it bugs me when something doesn't work....

I got mine working perfectly now, only the slide button is still having issues. i think a bad contact inside, but still didn't figure out how to open it up....
But the cruise control itself works nicely

Which thread did you post with those manuals?

What is the issue with yours?

I started testing all components one by one,
once i got the manuals it became a lot easier to understand how the system works.

Don't really know yet.
I did the jumper test, it works then stops.
Going to take the servo apart to inspect it and clean/service it if I can.
