Cruise Control

Anyone install one of those aftermarket, a la J.C. Whitney, cruise controls on a suspension lifted blaser ? How's it work?

I've never had a JC, but I have had several aftermarket types (Sears, Speedomotive) that worked well. The lift shouldn't matter. Some tap into the speedo cable, the ones I've used mostly sense the speed off vacuum and the distibutor. I wouldn't go too cheap on one....it may not hold speed well. Here is one:

Did the ones you've had control the throttle with a electric motor ? Looks like the cheap ones do
