cruiser class racing

Anyone know a good source in books or a forum that I could get setup info for a front wheel drive six-cyl cruiser class racecar. Even the 4-cyl enduro guys could have some frontend & weight distribution ideas that I could use for a FWD car. I wanted to build a street stock but cant afford it. I do have a couple 6-cyl luminas in the yard that could go racing for pretty cheap as the rules keep things very stock.
