Just pulled a k5 88 blazer out of junkyard. No transfercase or driveshafts but it runs!

Put it back on the road to test all the systems then probably small lift and 33-37 tires, new paint and seats lots of little stuff

looks to be pretty solid?

Lots of help here, welcome aboard!

So far looks good will know after tomorrow, I am ripping out the old seats and carpet.

Think I am going black and gold with a eagle on the hood or maybe a fallguy emblem and yes I know his trucks was brown but this looks black.

gold is always a good counter color... have fun with it!

Got it running and driving! This thing is so unmolested, it still had the smog pump hooked up!

Ok any smart ideas on removal of broken bolt in front axle pinion yolk? Broken below surface. Kid working and trying to learn run it in on dirty threads, oh well now he knows I might just pull yolk to put on mill to drill from back side.

nice truck, glad you saved it!

for the bolt, drill & use an e-z out. use lots of PB blaster.

tip: if you can find some left handed drill bits it may come right out while drilling.

I'll watch. Can you drill it out and put a bolt through with a but on the back? Or get the u bolt style straps?
