CUCV 14b FF vs. 3/4 ton 14b FF

Are there any diferences? Will I be able to swap my disk brakes for my 3/4 ton to it?

My faulty memeory tells me the axle tubes might be thicker on the one ton.

<font color="green"> If they are thicker then it's the first I've ever heard of it, nobody has mentioned it on here in the past year at least. For that matter, I bought some spring perches that fit on my 1 ton 14b FF and I know some other guys that have put the same perches on their 3/4 ton 14b FFs, so I'm pretty sure that they're the same. </font color>
