I dont think mine has those.
They were put on the M1008's. My 1009 frame didn't have them. I transplanted them with a few extra holes drilled in the frame.
You know once upon a time I had an M1008 for parts and it didn't have them, I wonder what combo/package required them? Mine was an ambulance or personel carrier. 
Btw, thanks sweetk30 I've made arrangements to get a set from muddog. Now all I have to do is figure out how to make them work since I've moved my rear spring hangers forward (52" spring swap).

I just won a pair off eBay from Muddog also. Mine are sitting on my shop floor waiting to be installed someday in my '85 which does not have the pre-drilled holes as the eBay ad explained they were on the M's only.
I think Brian's (muddog) eBay username is something like brtruckparts or something like that.

Isn't he in the next state over from you? Either way, muddog is definitly a good guy to deal with. I bought a wiring harness for my M1028 off of him.
