CUCV engine picture

Anyone happend to have front view picture of CUCV engine? I'm going to mount York to where alternator is now, and alternator goes on top of the p/s pump. I found couple of pics, but I couldn't tell from them exact location of the alt.

Also, does the CUCV have a 3, or 4 groove pulleys?

So have you changed over to 12v? The CUCV uses V belts.

Yep, I know. I currently have pulleys that have 2 V belt grooves, but need one groove more to run York.

OK. Look on eBay for "CUCV engine" for pics. There often pics of pulled engines and you can see the pulleys.

Found some on "Government Liquidation" under HMMWV Looks to be 4 groove.

all 3 of my cucv 6.2's have a 3 belt pulley on the crank.

So the 4 groove is HMMWV specific? I know place in here where to ask them, just send email to there.

I now have a pretty good idea on how to mount alt. Just remembered that I made a bracket couple of years ago to mount that York I have, but never finished it. Maybe it works with alt, too. CUCV parts are so rare in here, so I don't even bother to try finding them.

pm muddybuddy, he had or has a 4 groove pulley on one of his trucks, it was after market. it was for a pump for a snow plow, im pretty sure it was made by fisher
