its taken me forever to put in the cummins but its pretty much done now. Also daniel made me a new transmission tunnel while i was at work the other day so when i got off we rhino lined it, put in some bucket seats to clear the new hump, hooked up the B&M shifter, and put in a crossmember to get the A518 and np205 up above the frame rails and get the cummins to sit level...ENJOY!!

i know the feeling....its actually pretty much done...just took me a while to post pics....all i have to do now is make a bracket for the york compressor...im tryin to upload the videos right now....keep lookin :wink1:

Nice job. Needed new driveshafts anyway:D:D

I seem to remember a 1" body lift taking care of the tranny tunnel problems. Is there a reason you didn't go with one?

haha...that rear driveshaft was brand new, had about 4 miles on it ...and i dint go with a body lift for a few reasons...the first being that they are gay....and i dont think 1 inch would have been enough to tilt the motor back to level....i ended up moving the transfer case up about 9 inches to get it up above the frame rails....i may have to get a cowl hood to take care of the hood rubbing on the boost tube boot....:doah:

I like the MSD sticker with a non-computer diesel:haha:.

Nice truck by the way. Do you think it was the torque of the diesel that caused joint failure or was it just bound to happen with the situation the truck was in regardless of the engine type.

enough with the pics already. it's turning me on...

That is an awesome build!! I like the hump too. Adds character.

thank you..and ya the MSD sticker (as well as almost ALL the other ones) is now obsolete...they were all accurate when the 383 was in it...and if i could ever get the video to load you could see that the rear shaft twisted when it hit the corner of the ledge and it slipped out of the shaft, sending all the power to the front driveshaft and snapping it in about 3 pieces:doah:...stupid 1/2 cv shaft....i now have the 1350 cv back on and that shouldnt happen again....just have to keep the rear shaft away from rocks :D....i will try to load the video again tomrrow sometime.....
