Cummins Power

hey guys. new member here. with a little searching, i have found plenty of info on cummins conversions for later body style trucks, but none for my model. i am in the process of building a 72 3/4 4x4 truck with the hopes of it being powered by a 5.9L Cummins diesel. if anyone has any info on this type of conversion, please let me know. i would greatly appreciate it. thanks for the help!!!

It can be done, I have actually seen a 1st gen truck with a P series. Sounded pretty good.

yeah, like you said im sure it can be done...i guess info on this conversion is scarce because i didnt find much on it in the diesel forum.. only on installing a 6.2 in one. might just have to change my project and go with a 2nd gen truck... as much as i hate to

no keep the 1st gen. try the 67-72 boards. some guys on hear are members over there. vary good site for those style.
